What is a Numerology Grid?

Numerology has been used for centuries to understand the hidden patterns and influences in our lives. One of the most fascinating tools in numerology is the Numerology Grid, also known as the Lo Shu Grid or the Magic Square.

This numerology grid, derived from ancient Indian traditions, offers a unique perspective on your personality, strengths, and challenges by analyzing the numerical values associated with your birth date and name.

There are other 3 types in numerology grid known as Pythagoras Numerology Grid and other from Chinese tradition known as Loshu Grid.

In today’s blog we will discuss Pythagoras Numerology Grid as it is more simple to understand and easy to use in numerology grid.

Understanding the Indian Numerology Grid

The Indian Numerology Grid is a 3×3 square grid with nine cells, each representing a specific number from 1 to 9.

The arrangement of these numbers is not random; it follows a specific pattern where the sum of the numbers in each row, column, and diagonal is 15, known in the Indian system as Pandariya Yantra.

This inherent balance and harmony within the grid is believed to reflect the interconnectedness of all things.

Constructing Your Numerology Grid

To create your personal Numerology Grid, you’ll need your full birth date (day, month, and year) and your full name at birth. Here’s how:

1.Birth Date Numbers: Reduce your birth date to single digits. For example, if your birth date is October 26, 1990 (26/10/1990), you would use the numbers 2, 6, 1, 1, 9, 9.

2.Name Numbers: Assign numerical values to the letters in your name based on the Pythagorean system. Here’s a simplified version:

    • 1: A, J, S
    • 2: B, K, T
    • 3: C, L, U
    • 4: D, M, V
    • 5: E, N, W
    • 6: F, O, X
    • 7: G, P, Y
    • 8: H, Q, Z
    • 9: I, R

For example, if your name is John, the numerical values would be 1 (J), 6 (O), 8 (H), and 5 (N).

3. Filling the Grid: Fill the grid with the single-digit numbers derived from your birth date and name.

You can fill the grid in ascending order ( from bottom to top ) as long as you fill all nine spaces. Usually the birthdate is filled first by proceeding through the date.
