Rudraksha is said to be very important in mythological and Tantrik vidya – The Tantric text.

Its glory has also been mentioned in Ayurveda Shastra. Rudraksha is very dear to Lord Sadashiva. In the Shivpuran about the origin of Rudraksha, full details of this are found, It is mentioned that Lord Shiva was doing Penance for several thousand years

Lord Sadashiva felt some fear during the period of Tapashya, due to which some teardrops came out of his eyes and all those drops fell in many places like Mathura Kashi Lanka Malay Deep, Sahyadri, etc. 

Hence trees like Rudraksha were born. This fruit of the rudraksha tree is called Rudraksha because it is born from the tears of Rudra’s eyes.

Rudra is praised in Hindu religious texts and Puranas, besides it has been praised and praised in many European and American countries. Research work is being done on the supernatural and medicinal properties of Rudraksha in these countries and new dimensions of Rudra came to light as a result of these discoveries.

A British researcher Mr Paul Hume has given a detailed account of it in his much best selling book named “Rudraksha” and it is also said that only through Rudraksha can one accomplish an impossible task in this world. One Can overcome the obstacles that come your way.

Even by this one can change fate. An American researcher, Mrs Susan has admitted in one of her articles that with the help of Rudraksha, any woman can conceive. And the intended child can also be attained by Rudraksha. With rudraksha help, divorces can also be prevented and husbands can establish a cordial relationship with his wife. 

If I say in short, Rudraksha has many miraculous qualities, through which all the work of the world can be done.

What is Rudraksha?

Rudraksha originates in Indian Continent like the Himalayan Mountain, Nepal, South Asia and Indonesia. The fruit kernels of this tree are called Rudraksha. 

From a trade point of view, most of the Rudraksha in India is imported from Nepal and Indonesia. 

India has a lot of Rudraksha trees in the Himalayan region. Surprisingly, the people of Indonesia do not know about Rudraksha and it is in India that Rudraksha is the most researched and practised and knew the tantric use of Rudraksha.

Rudraksha can be found on a large scale in India and outside India from the rate of gram grains to gooseberries. They naturally have a cross-hole, one has to put a thread in the cross hole and make a garland and wear it in the throat.

In Blood, pressure rudraksha has proved to be very effective. It works well not only in high blood pressure but also in low blood pressure.

Indian mystics have even said that even if you do not have any rosary available in the mantra sadhana system, you can chant mantras of any deity only with the Rudraksha Rosary.

The Face of Rudraksha

Mantra Tantra related texts the Indian Rishis have described the qualities and importance of Rudraksha from one mukhi to 14 mukhi. Perhaps readers will not know What Rudraksha Mukh is and Why it is called the face of Rudraksha? That is why it is very important to throw light on this subject.

Readers must have seen the melon, On top of the melon – which has a bizarre type of line and a stripe (i.e lines) between every two lines, there is a slight depth.

The stripe, that is, the line that remains above the melon, is usually smooth or moderately dry. But these lines above Rudraksha, are wrinkled.

Every two wrinkled designs on top of rudraksha, by wrinkled design I mean the stripe, the same stripes are called the face of Rudraksha ( Mukh of Rudraksha )

No reader of ours would have seen such a melon in his life which has only one stripe. It can be called the wonder of nature. In the same way, Scholars say that among all rudraksha considered very rare is One Mukhi Rudraksha and even after trying a lot, it is almost impossible to get such a rare One Mukhi Rudraksha. 

Many shopkeepers in the market claim that they have the real one Mukhi Mukhi They also claim that they even have real Rudraksha ranging from One Mukhi to 21 Mukhi but all these claims are false.

Actually, in real life, two or three face Rudraksha are also very difficult to meet, but it is very easy to get five face Rudraksha in general. Even then it is possible to get Rudraksha normally from 14 Mukhi to 21 Mukhi.

It is said in the Tantric texts that seeing the person who wears a rosary of Rudraksha, ghosts run away from the demon Brahmarakshas. Adultery deeds done by the students, which is called black magic, provides complete protection only by wearing Rudraksha.

I have to make it clear here that merely wearing only Rudraksha does not give its fruit but it is mandatory to chant Shiva mantra and certain tantric kriya i.e. complete rituals and Shiva mantra on it and all these tasks are done inauspicious time. 

In this rituals, the Brahmin should recite the Rudrashtaak and chant the Shiva Mantra, taking the resolution ( Resolution means Sankalp ) after taking the name of the parents, the name of their grandparents and the gotra in mind, then this Rudraksha will be fruitful for that person otherwise it is of no use.

It is said that from 14 Mukhi to 21 Mukhi, one should wear it only after completing the ritual and chanting mantra on rudraksha. It should be kept in mind while wearing Rudraksha that the Rudraksha fruit ( cross-hole ) should touch the body.

It takes a very long time for Rudraksha to energize and wear it with the customs and fundamentals of ancient text, and in today’s materialistic era hardly any Brahmin knows the complete ritual of energizing the rudraksha.

How to Energize Rudraksha

I am presenting here a simple method for energizing Rudraksha. Before energizing the rosary of rudraksha or Piece of Rudraksha, in an auspicious time, rudraksha should be given a bath with water from Ganga water, then with pure water, Panchamrut and finally again with pure water.

After that, he should be sitting on the wooden plank with white asana. Now apply it with sandalwood paste, worship it with deep made from clarifying cow ghee and incense sticks, and keep chanting this mantra – “Shree Shivaya Namastubhayam” during the whole worship.

After this ritual, it would be more appropriate to recite the mantra written below 11 times or if possible then the devotee should wear the Rudraksha Mala by chanting the below mantra 108 times.

Rudraksh Mantra

Mantra – “Om Hone Ghore Ghoratre Om Hare Hrim Shrim Ain Sabtu: Sarve Sarvebhyo Namostu Rudra Rupani Hoon”.

This same mantra can be used to prove all types of Rudraksha from one Mukhi to 14 Mukhi.

Rudraksha has been given special importance in Ayurveda and has proved to be very effective especially in high blood pressure and low blood pressure. In the case of blood pressure, you can wear a six-faced Rudraksha garland in your throat or your hand. The garland should be made so that it touches the heart.

In any type of disease, take four to five grains ( pieces ) of Rudraksha and fill it with 50 grams of water in a copper bowl and keep it soaked for the whole night.

In the morning, after retiring from the routine, he should always drink this overnight water which is filled with Rudraksha.

This experiment should be done from 60 days to 90 days, it eliminates high blood pressure and low blood pressure. Sheetala in Sanskrit, also known as Small post in Medical Science – in this disease, rub any type of Rudraksha with cow’s milk on a stone rock and inform the patient to lick this paste before meals in small amounts every day. By this action, the disease of Sheetla ( i.e Smallpox ) ends and it also helps in Gastric and body pain and heat.

In heart disease, you should wear a rosary of Rudraksha and wear it around your neck and you should also use Arjunarishta and Arjun Ghrita. Similarly, Rudraksha has been seen to benefit many diseases. But mainly it’s spiritual benefits have been seen and it is used for spiritual growth.

रुद्राक्ष तंत्र  Kya hai Rudraksha Tantra

पौराणिक और तांत्रिक वाड्मय ग्रन्थ में रुद्राक्ष का बड़ा ही महत्व बताया गया है । आयुर्वेद शास्त्र में भी इसकी महिमा का बखान किया गया है । भगवान सदाशिव को बहुत ही प्रिय है । रुद्राक्ष की उत्पत्ति के विषय में शिव पुराण में इसका पूरा विवरण मिलता है एक समय भगवान शिव किसी पर्व के समय कई हजार वर्षों तक तपस्या में रखें ।

भगवान सदाशिव को तपस्या काल में कुछ भय सा प्रतीत हुआ जिसके कारण उनके नेत्रों से कुछ अश्रु की बूंदे निकल पड़ी और वे सारी बूंदे मथुरा काशी लंका मलय दीक्षा सहयाद्री आदि कई जगहों पर गिरने के कारण रुद्राक्ष जैसा वृक्ष पैदा हो गए । रूद्र की आंखों के आंसुओं से पैदा होने के कारण यह रुद्राक्ष कहलाते हैं । 

रुद्राक्ष की प्रशंसा हिंदुओं के धर्म ग्रंथों और पुराणों में तो है ही, इसके अलावा कई यूरोपीय और अमेरिकी देशों में भी इसका  बहुत प्रचार और प्रशंसा की गई है ।

इन देशों में रुद्राक्ष के अलौकिक तथा औषधीय गुणों पर शोध-कार्य हो रहा है और इन्हीं खोजों के परिणाम-स्वरूप रुद्राक्ष के नए आयाम प्रकाश में आए ।

एक ब्रिटिश शोधकर्ता श्रीमान पॉल ह्यूम अपने बहुचर्चित पुस्तक (रुद्राक्ष) में इसका विवरण विस्तार से दिया है और यह भी बताया है कि केवल रुद्राक्ष के माध्यम से इस विश्व में कोई भी असंभव कार्य को संभव कर सकते हैं ।

अपने मार्ग पर आने वाली बाधाओं पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। यहां तक कि इसके द्वारा भाग्य का परिवर्तन भी कर सकते हैं।

एक अमेरिकी शोधकर्ता महिला श्रीमती सूजन ने अपने एक लेख में स्वीकार किया है कि रुद्राक्ष की सहायता से कोई भी महिला गर्भधारण कर सकती है । और रुद्राक्ष के द्वारा इच्छित संतान भी प्राप्त की जा सकती है ।

इसकी सहायता से तलाक भी रोका जा सकते हैं और पति पत्नी के बीच में मधुर संबंध स्थापित कर सकते हैं । 

यदि मैं संक्षेप में कहूँ  – रुद्राक्ष में वास्तव में ही बहुत सारी चमत्कारी गुण है जिससे संसार के सारे कार्य संपन्न किए जा  सकते हैं।

रुद्राक्ष क्या है ?  Rudraksha kisse kehte hai

रुद्राक्ष नेपाल दक्षिण एशिया और इंडोनेशिया में उत्पन्न होते हैं I इस पेड़  के फल की गुठली को रुद्राक्ष कहते हैं ।

व्यापारिक दृष्टिकोण से भारत में अधिकतर रुद्राक्ष, नेपाल और इंडोनेशिया से आयात किया जाता है । यह और बात है कि हमारे भारत में हिमालय क्षेत्र में काफी रुद्राक्ष के पेड़ हैं पर अन्य देशों में भी इसकी कमी नहीं है ।

आश्चर्य की बात है इंडोनेशिया के लोगों को रुद्राक्ष के बारे में पता नहीं है और भारत में ही रुद्राक्ष में सबसे ज्यादा शोध और पूजा-पाठ और रुद्राक्ष के तांत्रिक प्रयोग किए जाते हैं । 

रुद्राक्ष चने के दाने से लेकर आंवले के फल के बराबर बड़े पैमाने पर भारत में और भारत के बाहर के क्षेत्रों में अवश्य मिलते हैं I

इनमें प्राकृतिक रूप से आर-पार छिद्र होता है जिसमें धागा डाल कर इसकी माला बनाकर कंठ में पहनते हैं और इससे उच्च रक्तचाप (जिसे अंग्रेजी में हाई ब्लड प्रेशर कहते हैं )पर यह बहुत कारगर सिद्ध हुआ है । 

न केवल उच्च रक्तचाप निम्न रक्तचाप में भी (जिसे अंग्रेजी में लो-ब्लड प्रेशर कहते हैं ), उसमें भी यह अच्छा काम करता है । 

भारतीय मनीषियों ने यहाँ तक कहा है कि यदि आपको मंत्र साधना तंत्र साधना में कोई भी माला उपलब्ध न हो तब भी आप केवल रुद्राक्ष माला से ही किसी भी देवी देवता के मंत्र जाप कर सकते हो । 

रुद्राक्ष के मुख Rudraksha Ke Mukh

मंत्र-तंत्र संबंधित ग्रंथों में एक-मुखी से लेकर चौदह-मुखी तक रुद्राक्ष के गुण और महत्व का वर्णन किया गया है ।

शायद पाठकों को यह ज्ञात नहीं होगा कि रुद्राक्ष के मुख किसे कहते हैं ? इसलिए इस पर प्रकाश डालना बहुत ज़रूरी है । 

पाठकों ने खरबूजे को तो जरूर देखा होगा I खरबूजे के ऊपर जो  फाँके  बनी हुई रहती है – जिसमें एक विचित्र प्रकार की लाइन रहती है और प्रत्येक दो लाइन के बीच में एक धारी (अर्थात लाइन ) थोड़ी गहराई के साथ रहती है । 

खरबूजे के ऊपर यह जो धारिया अर्थात जो लाइन रहती है वह प्रायः चिकनी होती है या मामूली सी रूखी होती है । लेकिन  रुद्राक्ष की ऊपर यह जो धारियाँ  अर्थात जो लाइन रहती है वह झुर्रीदार होती है ।

प्रत्येक दो कटीली झुर्रीदार रचना वाली फाँके मतलब जो धारियाँ  है उन्हीं धारियों को रुद्राक्ष का मुख कहा जाता है । 

हमारे किसी पाठक को अपने जीवन में ऐसा खरबूजा नहीं देखा होगा जिसमें केवल एक ही धारी हो। इसे प्रकृति का अजूबा ही कहा जा सकता है ।

इसी प्रकार एक मुखी रुद्राक्ष में अत्यंत ही देव दुर्लभ माना गया है और बहुत को कोशिश करने पर भी ऐसा दुर्लभ एक-मुखी रुद्राक्ष प्राप्त होना लगभग असंभव सा है I

मार्केट में कई दुकानदार यह दावा करते हैं कि उनके पास असली एक-मुखी, दो-मुखी, इसी प्रकार 21 मुखी तक के सारे असली रुद्राक्ष हैं I पर यह सारे दावे बिल्कुल झूठे होते हैं । 

दरअसल, देखा जाए तो जीवन में दो या तीन मुखी रुद्राक्ष भी बड़ी मुश्किल से मिलते हैं आप लेकिन पांच मुखी रुद्राक्ष बहुत सामान्य तौर पर मिलना आसान है । फिर भी सामान्यतः 14 मुखी से लेकर 21 मुखी रुद्राक्ष मिलना संभव है । 

तांत्रिक ग्रंथों में कहा गया है कि जो व्यक्ति रुद्राक्ष की माला धारण करता है उसको देखकर भूत-प्रेत, पिशाच, राक्षस, ब्रह्मराक्षस भाग जाते हैं I

छात्रों द्वारा की गई व्यभिचार कर्म जिसे काला जादू कहते हैं रुद्राक्ष धारण करने मात्र से पूर्ण सुरक्षा प्राप्त होती है । 

मुझे यहाँ पर यह बात स्पष्ट करनी है कि केवल रुद्राक्ष धारण करने से ही उसका फल नहीं मिलता अपितु उसके ऊपर तांत्रिक क्रिया अर्थात पूर्ण विधि-विधान और शिव-मंत्र का जाप करना बिल्कुल ही अनिवार्य है और यह सारे कार्य शुभ मुहूर्त में संपन्न किए जाते हैं I

इसमें जातक के नाम, माता-पिता का नाम, उनके वंश का नाम और गोत्र को ध्यान में रखकर संकल्प लेकर ब्राह्मण को रुद्राष्टक का पाठ और शिव मंत्र का जप करना चाहिए I तभी यह रुद्राक्ष उस इंसान के लिए फलदायी होगा अन्यथा नहीं । 

कहते हैं कि 14 मुखी से लेकर 21 मुखी को पूर्ण अभिमंत्रित कर के ही धारण करना चाहिए । रुद्राक्ष धारण करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए रुद्राक्ष के फल के कंटकों का देह को स्पर्श होता रहे । 

वास्तव में देखा जाए तो रुद्राक्ष को अभिमंत्रित करके विधि-विधान के साथ धारण करने में बहुत लंबा समय लग जाता है और आज के भौतिकवादी युग में किसी ब्राह्मण को उसके पूर्व विधान पता ही नहीं है । 

रुद्राक्ष को कैसे मंत्र से सिद्ध करे ?

मैं यहां पर रुद्राक्ष अभिमंत्रित करने के लिए एक सरल विधि प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूं जो किसी शुभ समय में रुद्राक्ष की माला या कंधा को पहनना हो तो उसे शुद्ध जल से फिर गंगा जल से, फिर पंचामृत से  और अंत में शुद्ध जल से स्नान कराना चाहिए ।

उसके बाद उसको चौकी पर आसन बिठा कर रख देना चाहिए । अब चंदन से उसका लेप करें, अक्षत (चावल ) चढ़ाएं। अब धूप और अगरबत्ती से उसका पूजन करें और पूरे पूजन के समय शिव मंत्र – “श्री शिवाय नमस्तुभ्यं” का जप करते रहें । 

इसके बाद नीचे लिखे गए मंत्र का 11 बार पाठ करे या ज्यादा उचित होगा अगर साधक या साधिका  नीचे लिखे मंत्र का 108 बार जप करके रुद्राक्ष माला को धारण करें । 

रुद्राक्ष मंत्र – Rudraksha Mantra

मंत्र – ॐ हों घोरे घोर-तरे ॐ हें ह्रीं श्रीं ऐं सवतु: सर्व सर्वेभ्यो नमोस्तु रूद्र रूपाणि हुं हुं ॥ 

एक मुखी से लेकर 14 मुखी तक समस्त प्रकार के रुद्राक्ष को सिद्ध करने के लिए यही एक मंत्र प्रयोग में लाया जा सकता है । 

आयुर्वेद में रुद्राक्ष को विशेष महत्व दिया गया है और विशेष रूप से उच्च रक्तचाप और निम्न रक्तचाप में बहुत ही कारगर सिद्ध हुआ है । ब्लड प्रेशर की बीमारी में छ: मुखी रुद्राक्ष की माला कंठ में या हाथ में धारण कर सकते हैं । माला ऐसी बनाई जाए कि हृदय को स्पर्श करती रहे । 

किसी भी प्रकार के रोग में रुद्राक्ष के चार-पांच दाने लीजिए और उसे किसी तांबे के कटोरे में 50 ग्राम जल भरकर रख दे और पूरी रात तक भिगोए रखें । 

प्रात:काल नित्य क्रिया से निवृत्त होकर वह रुद्राक्ष वाला जल का नित्य सेवन करें । 

यह प्रयोग 60 दिन से लेकर 90 दिन तक करना चाहिए इससे उच्च रक्तचाप और निम्न रक्तचाप मिट जाता है । ‘शीतला’ जिसे अंग्रेजी में Smallpox  भी कहते हैं – इस रोग में किसी भी प्रकार के रुद्राक्ष को गाय के दूध के साथ पत्थर की शिला पर घिस कर प्रतिदिन अल्प मात्रा में भोजन से पूर्व रोगी को चटाये । इस क्रिया से शीतला रोग समाप्त हो जाता है और शरीर का दाह भी समाप्त हो जाता है । 

ह्रदय रोग में रुद्राक्ष की माला बनाकर गले में धारण करना चाहिए और इसके साथ ही अर्जुनारिष्ट और अर्जुन घृत का भी प्रयोग करना चाहिए । ऐसे ही रुद्राक्ष के द्वारा कई रोगों पर लाभ होते हुए देखा गया है । पर मुख्य रूप से इसका आध्यात्मिक लाभ ही देखा गया है और इसी आध्यात्मिक उन्नति के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है ।
